[Football] ITV England World Cup Finals Coverage

I will admit to liberating this from a mate, but I love this kind of stuff.......

In the last 20 years of England World Cup Football at the Finals, the only game we have won when ITV have televised it was against Trinidad & Tobago, 2-0, 12 years ago.

I appreciate ITV throw money at stuff, but they have the real knack of making everything look SHODDY.

Sure, the adverts don't help, but the BBC just ooze class in their coverage.

The difference in opening titles music over the years is the key example of this.

ITV should have been banned from ever showing England again after they were SHOWING AN ADVERT while Gerrard was putting us 1-0 up against USA in South Africa 2010. OFCOM should have stripped them of their England broadcasting rights immediately after the end of that game, and awarded it all exclusively to the BBC. No questions. No appeals. Stripped.
