iTunes help please?

Can anybody tell me how, if it is at all possible, to sync my contacts from my iphone to Outlook? I can locate the the correct tab in itunes but syncing does not seem to work Itunes---> outlook!

Would appreciate any help, cheers!

I think you need to sync with the Windows address book rather than Outlook. That's what I do anyway.

Oh crap! It has taken me about 2 hours to get Poxy outlook set up!

I've had a look and tried to follow the steps but still nothing working? Seem's to be plenty of support for Outlook to iTunes but not the other way!?!?
