Nope, i still reckon it was a smoke screen cooked up by Mr Dick Tight to divert from the fact a lack of quality players were being brought in.

Forget about him, it would have happened by now if he really wanted to play for us, smokescreen maybe?

Dick Knight its clear to see we need new players, are you going to get some?

Meopham, Kent.
Let's face it, it aint gonna happen is it.

Amazing how some people will use any piece of news, or non-news to take another little swipe at Dick Knight.

:rolleyes:

Sorry, didn't start this thread as an anti-DK movement, and don't want it to turn into one!

Just hoping that someone might have the inside info.

I'm not anti Dick Tight just think a bit of cash could be freed up for one new midfielder. Just one.

there is no cash though! Probably only money for wages I would think

I suspect that come tomorrow Kanchlskis will delay his decision for yet another week. If he says no that frees up his potential wages to get someone else in to do something in midfield.

The public enquiry for Falmer is where the money has gone.

We need Falmer or this Club has no potential whatsoever.

From the Arsegas;

Andrei Kanchelskis will not be joining Albion after failing to agree personal terms.

The 34-year-old former Manchester United winger has been training with the Seagulls since the start of August and was offered a three-month contract, but Coppell confirmed today: "He won't be joining us.

"It has never really been an issue. He has trained with us to get fit and as far as I am concerned that was the prime motivation for the whole thing.

"At one stage there was a suggestion he might want to sign for us, but we knew right from day one we weren't on the same football pitch as regards finance."

Oh well.
