I am in Britain so I call it BST, which is what it is. Other countries have their names for it, & differing dates for adjustments.

There are many different meridians at Greenwich depending on the ellipsoid model, the WGS84 ellipsoid (used for GPS) is about a hundred yards east of the brass strip at the Royal Observatory.
