The one species that does need culling is deer. There are more deer now in this country than there have ever been. In Ashdown forest about 300 get knocked down each year.

80 million people on a small island.........yep, lets kill the badgers, there's too many of them! ....yet, only 1% of the population (at best) have ever seen one.

oh, forgot, we have to protect the Tesco's chemical induced meat shelves, as consumerism holds up the economy.

when i was 10 our science teacher in the science lab dissected/slashed wildly open a badger that had been run over outside the school,it fracking stank and was a horrible sight.

the last 10 minutes of the class involved the matron being called in and a lecture about a gentlemans magazine that had been found, and the evils of pornography.

i have never quite been able to shift the image of the fiesta centrefold being held next to the butchered remains of a badger.

who says teachers dont influence us

Humans really are genocidal maniacs.

I hope we never meet a superior race that treats us the same way as we treat our co-inhabitants of this planet. (Especially hope they are vegetarian!)

As usual it's the mentalist's that shout loudest who are predominately heard, 99% of the country don't give a toss either way about it, just the 0.9% who see it as the next crusade as an exscuse to shout and wring their hands, same with fracking, wind farms etc etc.

It's a badger for gods sake! who gives a stuff

Is this Badger Culling Day?

Every time the adverts come on it's 'Who Killed the F*ing Badgers', I'm not buying it on principle.

Oh, hang on. Wrong thread...
