‘Keep hydrated’? I’m in the east today and I’m expecting to shell out at least £25 on water as the topless bottle is kicked over again and again. In fact lower east standers are in danger of getting drenched by the waterfall of spilt water raining down.

The water is free in the ESL.

There usually is pints of water lined up at the end of each kiosk.
