Just tell her that if it occurs again you'll seek legal advice about getting an ASBO ( anti social behaviour order ).
However, my next door neighbour only seemed to get the message when I called him a ' Selfish Wanker ' to his, and his mates, faces as they were leaving at 5am, after 5 hours of continuous, thud, thud, thud, through the walls.

Well, its only just past 6 PM and my neighbours are screaming at each other already, hopefully they will have run out of energy before I go to bed tonight, could really do with a good nights sleep.

Went out all evening, it was all quiet when I returned about half an hour ago, sods law they will crank it up again when my head hits the pillow in about 10 minutes time.
