Wherever GP goes he needs to take the handbrake off.
Both with his football style and his personality.
He's a very good coach and an even better person who is clearly liked by all that work with him.
A rebuilding job at Southampton (rebuilding both him and the club) would seem a great fit.

He will ultimately fail at his next job due to the aforementioned handbrake scenario, so conscious about not failing he won’t go for it, playing safe instead.

So by 2025 he will be on to his next but one job, at a guess getting Southampton out of League One, Watford’s third boss of 2025 or trying to bring back the glory days to Leicester City.
