Back in Sussex
We start off full of hope and expectation...

- Top-scorer leaves to arch rivals

- Best player (arguably) passes up the chance to play at our new theatre of dreams and does an off-ski

- Much wanted former loan signing is all but signed before flunking a medical

Will we get into a typical Albion vicious circle of desperation, and end up making some absolute shockers of signings?

It's not boring is it? but it is doing my head in. Glad to be going to Glastonbury just to be out of the loop for five or six days, will I even recognise the squad when I get back?

You of all people should know better than to fish, unless you have real info this is true?

So is it true or will you be banning yourself?

The KLL saga is pretty entertaining.

Last week he was definitely signing but this week he failed a medical, was ushered off to Southampton by his agent, rejected there offer but his agent is now in Vegas so the deal can't be finalised. And Lua Lua was at a snooker tournament in Brighton last night.

Change of career perchance?

Apparently the squad is pissed off. They were told KLL was signing on Thursday, then Friday, so they told their friends and family, who have told their friends who have posted on here (I'm not going to need full stops for this), and now they look like idiots so they've had a go at their friends who have complained to the players who have all handed in transfer requests.

I've just checked oddschecker, and we're 10-1 on to be relegated.

I haven't been as excited as this since we signed Jason Peake.
I have to say I love all the ridiculous rumour mongering on here.
God only knows who will be the chosen 11 men in stripes who walk out for that first game.

It's been a massive anti-climax so far, especially if Lualua doesn't sign.

I dont know how you, as a Brighton fan with years of dissapointment, can call a transfer window where we have already signed a 500k player, a 1m player with potentially another 1m+ player to come in, a dissapointment. The vast majority of teams haven't signed anyone yet and we'll potentially have the majority of our business done before the first pre-season game.

Were you really expecting Messi and Owen?

For anyone who wishes to laugh hysterically at some Brighton transfer rumours, read here: Brighton Transfer Rumours

Highlights include the "sensational return of albert jarrett" and "harry kewell to sign for brighton after he was released from Turkey".

An entertaining read... I assume this is where the Micheal Owen, Jason Roberts and CMS rumours came from.

Really? Hoskins and Buckley are better players than we've signed in a summer for quite a while, and it's not even July yet.

Deep breath, and reeeelllaaaaaaxx.

MO came from the Seaford Chip shop!

If KLL flunks the medical it wouldn't be the first star to pass up on medical grounds. I believe Ben Burgess missed out on a dream move to Withdean with "knee problems" before finally propelling Blackpool into the premiership, before he was off-loaded to Notts County.
