I thought for several weeks, I know whats missing in my life, I must rebuy some of the back catelogue of one of the greatest most original groups of all time.

THE CURE.

Duly went and purchased Disintegration to reacquaint myself with the power and beauty of " pictures of you " and then brought the greatest hits with the greatest ever intro to a song, namely in between days and just like heaven, the cool of the lovecats and the fantastic baseline of a forest.

I have just brought the new album The Cure and Before Three seems to be a powerforce of the Cure at their best.

Erm, before you buy any more old Cure stuff, it's probably worth noting that they're all going to be rereleased later this year, remastered and expanded etc.

I liked them in their killing an Arab and Boys don't cry era. They also had a great hit in the late 80's early 90s which I thought sounded like New Order but can't remember it now. Are they still going?

Cant commet too much now due to drink however it was the Walk and it was a big cop out having just released "all cats are grey" which was stupendous. Why follow New Order with a Blue Mondayish stylee when they already had what they had..
