Will they make Hamilton a no. 2 driver and favour Rosberg if, as seems increasingly likely, Rosberg wins the title?

Hamilton will pack his bags if he was asked to be number 2. He is better than Rosberg and everybody can see that. Rosberg has been very lucky this season so far. He has a lot to prove unless he wants his title to be tarnished by Hamilton's mechanical failures. Which at present is the only reason he's sitting at the top of the standings.

Whooped by a Brit today though. Rosberg will only win the world title if Mercedes continue giving Hamilton a dodgy car. In a straight race Hamilton is the better driver and has been since their days in Karting.

I do expect a parting of the ways for Mercedes and Hamilton though. There is no way Lewis will accept being no 2 to Rosberg.
