Log on to player using internet explorer, it should then give you an option to change back to the old player - do that and you should see it buffering. It is on for me now, although its some old lady talking about thrushes in her garden at the mo!

Thanks for the help but it seems my computer is too old(2006). Unfortunately it's a mac and so I need to download some programme to get explorer on it. Turns out my operating system is too old to support the programme that supports explorer.
