I thought that Mendez-Laing looked tidy against us. I also think Bobby Reid world offer us a lot going forward, especially with the way we play.

Both have stood out every time I've seen Cardiff play this season, and would be worthy squad additions but if we want to move forward as a club the recruitment needs to instead be looking into recruiting 3 or 4 quality players that will improve our starting 11.

Liverpool did ok signing Robertson from relegated Hull and Shequri (sp) from relegated stoke.

Exactly. Wouldn't have minded Shaquiri if Liverpool hadn't come in for him - might only be a bit-part player there, but he's looked the business every time I've seen him play for them (only on tele, I admit).

Don't see anybody that appeals from Cardiff though, I must admit.
