Is the current Albion squad "strong enough to reach the play-offs''?

It will be strong enough when we quite simply do one thing: replace what we have lost. That means we need:

- 1x centre back
- 1x permanent left back
- 2x creative midfielders
- 2x strikers

If we persist with the wing back system, then we'll need a younger right back as both Bruno and Calde will only pick up injuries being asked to play as they are , and at the ages they are.

And we need to unload a few players too so we can get those players in, unfortunately I have no confidence that we'll attract anyone decent in January with Burke calling the shots

Also concerning is that he only wants the right player at the right price.

We may be waiting a long time for that one to come along, most players that are good will be of interest to others so you are always going to have to stump up what everyone else is offering or what they will be on already.

Having a snazzy training ground wont cut the mustard when you are offering £3k less a week.
