I think the asnwer is no, we won't be seeded. Last year, it was the top 24 teams that were seeded based on the previous season's league placings. Take out 5 or 6 teams playing in Europe and this means that only the top half of Div 1 teams will be seeded.

Which is probably good as it means we get a decent team to play rather than losing away to Swansea.
