What's that?

Dandyman

In London village.
If I wrote to my MP, it would be utterly pointless as she is basically in the house of commons being pointed to and laughed at. Anything she has to say will be some ridiculous Green Party issue, she has no interest in the constituency she represents. She has basically squatted in pavilion and the weak minded and politically inept have fallen for it.

Timmy, the campaign is over. You no longer have to pretend to be a pathetic, bigoted, failure of a human being*

I still don't consider Brighton a city, its a large seaside town.

city status seemed to coincide with an additional influx of people from both ends of the spectrum, the place is disproportionately busier, dirtier, more commercialised and more expensive than it was in the 90's which seemed a good time to me.

its still better than a vast majority of UK locations from a cultural point of view, shops are varied, but I've never wanted to live there, frankly all my friends who did 10-15 years ago have all moved back for a more family friendly environment, I guess having always lived so close its easy to visit.

agree the trains home have always been too early heading west, I think thats a conspiracy with the taxi firms!

Hip or not, like it or not, and some days Brighton really annoys me, but with today's brilliant blue sky casting it's warmth over the city and the sea there not many places I'd rather be.

I'm going to go for a run and then have an ice cream at Maroccos.
