Ipod Help!

Iv had a shuffle for months now and been updating it regularly. Yesterday it stopped recognising the ipod. The usb ports all allow my internet connection on my laptop but it wont recognise the shuffle in any of the ports. Im not a computer genious in any way so i was hoping someone on here can help my machine recognise my shuffle thanks

No its even stopped doing that it did at first but now nothing

try unplugging some other USB stuff, the shuffle uses alot of juice when charging to might be sapping you computers USB.

probably NOT

have you tried it in another computer ?

no i havent i will do but will have to wait untill tomorrow where there is another one

If that works then :-

turn off ya computer
disconect usb port (usb 2.0) from mother board
connect it again
turn on the computer

we had this problem with a usb modem - it keeps using up the power and takes more and more and more and eventually doesn't allow anything else to work...had to get a new different one unfortunately....

Flash is probably corrupt. Send it back to Apple, get your money back, get a better player.
