My missus has iPhone 4S, trying to update to ios6, it says she has update, but when she clicks on the update button, nothing happens, she is connected to Internet via wifi, anyone else had this problem?

Not enough storage space, will do it if its linked up direct to iTunes on the computer

You think? It's 8gb and there is nothing on the phone other than 50 odd pictures, I will have a go what you said though, cheers.

Wife's ipad 3 is asking to install IOS6 - seems there are a few issues with this release - would it be best to wait for 6.1 or whatever - worried it will cause grief and can't take the earache.

Make sure uv got more than 50% battery life, otherwise stick it on charge & it should work. As mentioned already, don't do it if you rely on maps!

Just installed it on the iPad. For the mainstream user the difference is notable...ly nothing whatsoever. Haven't seen how badly it's screwed the maps yet though.
