Anyone know any really good ipad apps?

I am looking for primary age games, puzzles and educational apps for the ipad.

Free or paid.

Squeebles is a good tables game (and I think they do some other maths/english ones now) for iPod and presumably iPad as well. Think it was 69p from the apps store.
