Does anyone know of any companies that offer broadband (or any connection) to the internet for only 1 or 2 months, not for a whole year?

A few of the dial-up companies do pay-when-you-use wanadoo is one. I am sure that there are some broadband ones that do not have a minimum contract. Have a look at http://www.adslguide.org.uk/
