Odd that we owned most of France in the middle ages, and have not been successfully invaded since 1066, so I question the accuracy of the 1400 ish years longer France has apparently existed as a country compared with us.
And Norway and Sweden were one country till around 150 years ago.

I'd ask for my bubble gum packet money back if I were you :shrug:

If we’re going with “current borders” then technically France should be 1918 with the return of Alsace and Lorraine under the Treaty of Versailles

A few tweaks for Belgium and Denmark under that too
