Hello gang,
Wifey was a passenger in a car accident and has had pain in her neck and arm for a few days, finally convinced here to see the doctor who has confirmed it is whiplash. Question I pose to "The Community that knows all" is ....I assume you can claim for such things and if so how do you actually go about it?
I've never made an insurance claim in my life and as it is the third parties fault I figure "what the hell"..

Yeah, the amount of people that claim for whiplash infuriates me, cause handily its hard to prove and can appear "at any time" after the incident. Its the reason half our premiums are so high.

True but there are those genuine cases such as my missus who got smacked in the back on the M1. Car was a write off, wife had severe whiplash and couldn't do her job as a swimming teacher for months and all she got was a pathetic 2K :censored::censored:

That proves the point, every fucker claims for it so when a genuine case comes along like this they just get the same few grand.
