I was addressing the concerns of the original post and him jumping ship for better things, 99% of the time this would only happen where a manager is perceived to be doing a good job. As for relegating us, even the best can manage that ... after all Adams seems to have done his best. In my opinion, if we stick with White and Booker we're heading that way anyway, so if the new guy were to come in and do it wouldn't be a huge surprise. The main thing is that possibility should be discussed at any interview and the promise that they would have the opportunity to try and get us promoted the following season.

The problem maybe convincing him that he is not the second choice.

The bigger issue is that the Blooms seem to have far too much influence in the club now and long term that is a bad thing.
