I think it is spur of the moment. Monkey see monkey do. It happened years ago in Brighton after England were knowcked out of the world cup. 1990 i sem to recall.

I honeslty think this is a case of the youth getting out of control and basically saying to the rest of us "what you gonna f***ing do". They'll find out soon enough. Sad thing is 99% of teens are well behaved and are probably as pissed off as the rest of us. I hope it all dies down, but I think this is going to be the start of something big.

WHY are they not blitzing this scum with tear gas and rubber bullets ? All I've seen the police do on the coverage so far is stand there with shields, retreating while they are being pelted.
