impossible posting.computer question

Is there a simple procedure to follow that enables me to change my computer settings so that i can post on NSC at home?

A number of computers i use allow me to log on to NSC but will not allow me to post, it's something to do with cookies isn't it?

NSC's home page says "NOT COOKIED?" but doesn't give a solution.

please help.I'm going home now, i'll be able to read this but not reply.

You can login to NSC from any computer anywhere once you are registered and authorised.

Look in the Help Forum at the thread dealing with posting problems. Use that URL and you should be fine...

seriously bozza, thats not the case, it's nothing to do with URL (thats simply another route to NSC isn't it?) it's to do with the settings on the computer itself.
What has happened to me many many times (inc my console at home, my friends and half in this internet cafe i'm using now) is that i register,NSC welcomes me, then when i actually post ;NSC tells me i'm not registered!! please believe me.It's infuriating.
