Images too big for avatars

I'm not techie enough to build my own avatar, so I've had to go looking.

There are so many, sadly just too large.

If you ask nicely, there are a few people on here who can re-size them and point you in the direction of somewhere that will host them for you. Unfortunately, I'm not one of those that can
