my home page has changed overnight ,how do i change it back please?

Got to Tools then Internet options. Enter the URL of your chosen home page then click on Apply then OK.

Or even easier, find the page you want to be your home page first, then do the above but click the button that says "Use Current".

If it's changed of its own accord, you might have some spyware on there too.

Try running AdAware or Spybot and see what they come up with...
