This is getting stupid - deleted for no reason so I'll start again.

:censored: :censored: :censored:

I just thought I'd share with you that I have had a productive day re-roofing the hut and re-plying the rotten side.

Just settling down to a bottle of Chianti to celebrate.

Now, who answered next - Berkshire or TLB ?

PS - DON'T DELETE MY POSTS

How much does a beach hut cost then? My guess would be around the £2,000 mark, although personally I wouldn't pay a penny over £800.....

Beach Hut, is your avatar a picture of your actual, umm, Beach Hut, Beach Hut ?
If so, you could at least have cleared those bin liners away.

No - the Avatar is one from Bexhill.

For anoraks there is actually a Beach Hut web site.

Mine is at Lancing beach green and is regular white as ordered by Lancing Parish Council.

So, erm, what is it for then? If it was a second home, I could understand, but no central heating, no running water, etc.
And does your £800 buy it outright? Or is it a rental thing?
