Probably Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds/Bradford and Blackpool.

Blackpool does a direct service to Belfast City airport.

Manchester. And having flown to belfast international from there a few times, i no you can usually pick up cheap flights from bmi baby. (bmibaby.com)
