Always sit in the old lady/disabled seat. Not because i'm a disabled old lady, but they seem the most comfortable.

upstairs front (left or right) for me, I like to have a gaze out the window instead of the back of some blokes head! and its amazing how many people go upstairs but never look to the front to sit down, 8/10 times I get a double seat to myself with no smelly executive toff plumped next to me
