If you could only pick 6 current (1st, development, youth or on loan) players to keep next season who would you keep and why?

1. Greer - Great captain and solid CB.

2. Dunk - Great future ahead of him and done really well this season.

3. JFC - Played a few games this season and done well in every game IMO, HE will play for England one day mark my words!

4. Vicente - Already a albion Legend in my eyes, I just hope he stays.

5. Barnes - I've grown to love this guy over the season, he defends, attacks & scores goals, what else do you want from a player?

6. Buckley - IMO our signing of the season and I think hes got a great future with us.

Hither (sometimes Thither)
Greer, Bridcutt, Vicente, CMS, Buckley and El Abd. They work the hardest and create a spine of a team to build around, a pleasing combination of ardour and skill. Not perfect, but trustworthy and potentially exciting.

Vicente (PLEASE stay)
Noone ( reckon the boy will show what he's made of)
Assulin (although I may be dreaming here)
Mattock (definite future captain material)
Buckley (keep him fit and we win)
JFC ( the boys got serious potential)

El-abd. He really makes strikers mad. What more would you want from a centre back?
Calderon. He can pass. He can shoot. He can see an opportunity. He was my player of the season.
Caskey-Forster He is a future international. He has proved he can play in the championship in the few games he has had this season.
Vicente. Do I need to explain?
LuaLua. He really gets at the full backs. I think he is our best winger. He has got a hell of a shot on him and can also set up people. He is about level with nooney when it comes to taking the ball past people but he has a better final ball. It is a hard decision between him and Buckley.

Pretty much agree with your choices ees complicated, no?

1. Greer - Since he has joined us, I think the quality of our defence is much changed and improved, and he is a solid rock at the back.

2. Dunk - Considering that was his first full season, he looked like he had been playing at this level for years. Can only improve with more experience. Just no ball juggling in front of goal please Lewis!

3. Bridcutt - Deserved winner of player of the year for his consistency, and has improved tremendously over the time that he has been with us. Hopefully we can find another like Liam, and then we would have an immense midfield!

4. Vicente - Would pay the admission money alone just to see this guy. Hope he stays, and we can get him a midfield minder to keep the hackers off him.

5. Mattock - If there was an award for loan player of the season, I would award it to him. Very consistent, and love his attacking runs from out of defence. Would sign him as long as his bollock is OK ???

6. Buckley - As we have a few wingers, could we not convert him into a centre forward? But, saying that, still love his runs down the wing. Definite bargain of the year. Hope we can keep him fitter for more of next season too!

Dunk - best defender we have
Vicente - best player to wear the stripes
Lua Lua - such a promissing talent
Buckley - does so much for the team and seems most on the wave length of vicente
Barnes - top goalscorer, defends well
CMS - I cannot wait to see him excel under Gus

EASY!!

Vicente - Dont need to give a reason.
Buckley - Obvious really.
Noone - I like him, he beats players and thats a god given gift that creates space for others. important player
Bridcutt - another blatantly obvious choice.
Calderon - Vicente's mate. Massively important he has a good friend to come back to. plus he scores a few goals.
JFC - Showed he can play at a young age. Might turn out to be a decent player.

Nobody else come close to that six. IMO

If i had to get rid of six -

Dicker
Sparrow
Painter
Harley
Ankergen
Brezovan

Tough one, but the 1st team is the priority, so I have chosen a spine-

Greer - Captain, Leader, Legend.
El Abd - Quality centre back and a wind up.
Bridcutt - Player of the season, our best midfielder.
Vicente - Genius.
Barnes - Top scorer, hard worker, offers another dimension to our game.
CMS - Work rate is second to none. He will come good.
