ATM's are a good shout, a great idea for the future. You can top up your phone via them. Would be great to have the technology to print out a train ticket/concert ticket/sports ticket via them.

I always print mine off, if I can that is. For the few matches I go to watch each season, perhaps half of them won't give me that option - meaning I have to pay an extra couple of quid unnecessarily to have them posted.

how is a local library more convenient than picking it up at the stadium?

Because (unless you live in Falmer) it's closer to you and probably open longer?

O.K. so we're agreed- shut down the ticket office and install a couple of machines at Brighton Station and the Stadium? Telephone sales can be outsourced to Mumbai..
