wasn't impressed by city at ALL today.......looked a very poor side

maynard didn't received much service but from the few glimpses couldn't really see what the fuss was about, saying that i'd imagine a fair number of teams have said that about CMS this season

I was expecting to see a wonder kid today. He was so so average.
Just shows the incompetence of Sven.

Kevin Phillips and dare I say Murray, were so much better than Maynard on their visits.

The sub Bolasie (with a LuaLua style) seemed far better.

Maynards heart hasn't been in it for a while and it hasn't helped with our center backs having this reflex that constantly makes them hoof the ball 60 yards everytime, for the record, the leicester bid in the summer was rejected as maynard said he didn't want to go there. For the person saying you should sign adomah, he'll be gone in the summer for big money if he can get fit again quickly, has to be the best winger in the league.

Adomah didnt play and why should we want Pitman based on todays performance. I can fully understand why they wanted Barnes he would have been a big improvement for them.

Adomah was class down at their place. Had Painter turned inside out the whole game. I'm assuming he must be injured for him not to have played today ?

Albert was the victim of an assault in the coventry penalty area on boxing day (which went unpunished) and had been struggling ever since. I think it got to a point where it wouldn't heal unless he rested it so we chose today ahead of a massive match against donny saturday.

I know he didn't, but Adomah took us to pieces at Ashton Gate earlier in the season, and is involved in pretty much everything positive Bristol City do when watching on TV/FLS. In fact, he's probably the main reason they lacked any form of spark today.
Pitman only came on for 10 minutes, by that time the game was dead and buried, but he's a very clever striker. He's unhappy there, read it somewhere in the last couple of days that he's annoyed at the lack of chances he's getting to start. I'd love him here.
