We have Blackwell to come back. I would also start playing Virgo in central defence which is where I think he will be a star for years to come.
Start playing El Abd and Hinshelwood at rigth back.

virgo will definately turn into a fantastic centre half but we could do with danny bringing him through in the way fozzie did with a young paul mccarthy!.when virgo played in div 1 under hinch i thought he did quite well.

as for hinch he is also looking like he could be a decent right back fantastic defender

watched a few reading matches last season and ivar didnt look the same player he was when at the withdean! maybe that was because he didnt have danny alongside him

when he went on loan to wycombe they stopped conceding as many goals and started to draw games instead of losing
