No!

1, because there are no terraces at Withdean and

2, because I will support whoever gets the job because if we don't support the manager and team we won't go up.

I would be very unhappy, but no i wouldn't let my feelings known in the "terraces". If the decision has been made we can't change it, and booing him wouldn't give us a new manager, it would lose us points and confidence which none of us want to happen. NOT an option.

Sorry Popkins, you're wrong to do this.

If he gets it, he's getting it on merit. I'll support him.

Two crap performances does not make a good team and bad team.

As I posted on the official site:
Reality check...
Here we are top of the league with Bob 'oh, oh Please Sir...I can do it...just give me a chance'Booker unlikely to get the job...yep two losses should ensure DK does the right thing and recruits from without and not within. BB is loyal...yes...BB is passionate about our club...yes...BB knows the players...yes. Perhaps he knows them too well, perhaps he is too close to them, having been their mentor and trainer as well as their social worker for such a long time. If BB is to be a no.1 he needs to get a job elsewhere...he can then build his own team and develop his managerial skills. If that happens I will be the first to thank him for his terrific contribution and wish him heart fealt luck with his new job, so saying I pationately hope he stays as no.2.

About Sir DK I hear 'He must appoint now' everyone cry. However IMO these things do take time. SC did not leave for Reading overnight, Spurs and Stockport have been without for longer than us. I am sure DK knows the importance of an early decision...but also the need for the right decision.
A reality check needs to go further than this though...I have also heard the anti DK camp again saying 'step aside dk tight for a real money man' when we are top of the league. This attitude of 'I've won a million squid on the lottery but it ai'nt enough for me'is a disgrace. Well b0110cks to you, Oh how short you memories...DK was there in our hour of need, he is a fellow fan and is tight because that is the way it needs to be...Where do these people think that our sugar daddy will miraculously appear from if DK did throw in the towel... and what happens then, when we have sold our soul again for short term gain...would we really want the money of some Shady middle eastern or eastern european 'gent' whose dosh was earnt through the suffering and exploitation of others...would we want them writing the script of the riveting soap opera that is the Albion. Even Readings 'enviable' position is precarious as JM will not stay forever and his patriachal/dictatorial/egotistical approach to Chairing his club was much of the reason why AP left.

Lest we forget that DK has, I would suggest, put as much into our club both financially and emotionally as he can afford. The time he has spent upon the Falmer campaign and the sleepless nights the club must cause him, can only be admired. If there were a miracle fix DK would have taken it...or a trustworthy investor DK would have bitten their hand off. The truth is there has been neither.
Yep DK makes errors but so does everyone reading this. He appointed too late post Taylor (more to that than meets the eye as we all know). He then appointed the wrong man from which he will have learnt. We should support DK and BB through this time until a new Manager is appointed, make no bones about it neither is sitting on their ar5e doing nothing!
If you really need someone to blame...look no further than DK's predecessors who r&ped our club and the NIMBYS for their single minded anti-community spirited actions, they are to blame for the need to spend fans gate reciepts upon public enquiry red tape...they are the reason why managers reluctantly depart for souless places such as Hull, Reading and Leicester.

Reality check...the priotities this season:
1. Falmer go ahead given and avoid relegation
2. Extra seats at Withdene
3. Promotion
4. Championship
5. Decent LDV & FA Cup runs

The top priorities... we are so close I can almost taste them..(23 points more pretty well guarantees avoiding relegation)!

3,4,and 5...just icing on the cake...but entirely possible when you are TOP OF THE LEAGUE

'what you are not interested in promotion or silverware?' I here you say....
....'does queueing for a burger take longer than a 15 minute half time'..of course I bl00dy am...but it is'nt the priority.

KTF we are top of the league.. in good, trustworthy and honourable hands and Uncle DK  will lead us to the Falmer-shaped promised land!

No. Because I live in the Far East and have about as much chance of booing from the terraces as Wycombe have of winning the Champion's League.

However I do suspect there are better managerial candidates out there than Bob Booker. Or Brooker as the BBC halfwits insist on calling him.

I don't want Jean Tiara but if he got the job I would support him like we all did with Steve 'Palace' Coppell. Six points from the Stockport & Peterborough games & Bobby Booker will be god to everybody. What a fickle world we live in. :clap2:
