some cracking ideas on here, some not so good - BUT the underlying theme is that we are missing 2 generations of fans (imo), and once the "novelty" of playing in a new stadium with all the bells and whistles has worn off there needs to be some kind of structure in place to actively encorage the "stay away fans" and the "never been fans" to come week in week out, and as we all know we will not be able to guarantee good quality football week in week out.

before you start to rant at me, i believe tb is most deffo the chairman to ensure that such a structure will be in place by then.

Definatly needs a structure. I think the X thousand STH's bring the price down to only X Hundred pounds. Issue i have is. You pay the origional price (Y thou) and a few weeks later, X Thou buy season tickets reducing the price to X hundred. What happens to those who paid Y thou? I'm one of the "missing" generation of STH's. My first one this season wasn't paid for by me. Some one else did it, despite my offering of money (so don't have a go!). If some one could shed some light, then this might well be the way of getting people in. The prospect of a season ticket (Which is already reasonable for an under 21, only 140. Fiver a week from september will have it paid for before the seasons out) so if you are promising a potential reduction, more people are likely to buy it!

Simples.

Final price would be determined at say the start of the season (or first home game) and refunds given. Simple, except for those that paid cash, the club would have all the bank/credit card details anyway.
