Idea for a new forum?

Blatantly stolen this idea from another forum but who cares. How about a forum where people can sell/auction their old tat with the proceeds going to either 40 notes, REMF or the upkeep of NSC?

I'm not talking about the classifieds - I'm talking about old stuff you want rid of but can't be arsed to put on EBay. Swaps could be arranged at games or could be posted with only the cost of postage going to the seller and the rest going into the pot. All money could go into a central 'pot' - maybe a Paypal account.

What do you all think?

Don't eBay give charities free listings etc?
If so why not set one up for REMF. Then this could be done throuh that.

That could be an idea although I thought it would be easier if it was all Albion fans - swaps could be arranged at games, saving on postage. And people aren't likely to sell anything that valuable if they are not getting anything for it.

This would be a great idea...I have one of those Albion rugs that I got given a few years ago but never even opened. Postage would be a nightmare and I don't want any money for it (although a donation to REMF would be great).
