Worthing may have a few good eateries but the last few times I've been out in town it's been dead.

It's a chicken and egg situation in that people don't just want good food but also a bit of atmosphere. Fair play to Harty for trying to big up the former and improve the latter, but I agree with Tooting that a bit of decent sub-editing might have made the article more credible.

Was at a pub in Small Dole the other week, can't remember the name, had the the most sensational steak & kidney pudding in history.
