"Albion related items" Apparently still on trial...


I won’t mention names…but has this been done so certain, dull, dreary, boring, tedious, dry, monotonous, unexciting, uninteresting, people can post on a board only for Albion related items?

I suppose for the rest of us there is still the Big Board where we can discuss football related items as well as O/T weird wacky and dare I say it...funny items.

NSC became so popular simply because there was a mixture of interesting topics and replies partnered with "slapstick" “comic" "tongue in cheek" “humorous wit".

I believe it is for those Seagulls abroad who don't get to hear news from other sources so they can just go to that forum, fair enough but i think its gonna piss the mods off after a while.

No one can actually post in the new forum.

It just directs those who want to see the Albion related info to the Albion related threads that bit easier.

It's a good idea, but do you really think there will ever be one thread without any of topic chat on it? So basically all youre doing is cutting and pasting...so it's Albion news for the dull, dreary, boring, tedious, dry, monotonous, unexciting, uninteresting, people who dont want to botherd with anything half humourous? I suppose, anyone who posts anything slightly of topic on there "Albion Threads" will have the post deleted...I love trigger happy mods..

This topic is copied to the "moaners" board....
This topic...call is topic x...has a reply on it which...dun dun daaa...is not albion related! Will the mods have to delete these replys so the moaners dont have to put up with it?

For example..Turkey likes to post random similies..since these smilies are not albion realted surly they must be deleted...

The topics seen in the forum are on the Big Board. You're redirected. Of course you may find someone mucks about in the thread. That isn't the point. It's just an easier way to find Albion related topics.

In fairness, as architect of this dull, tedious, boring etc thread, you're not best placed to judge.

That is the point I have been making. Will mods delete replys that ARE NOT ALBION RELATED IN SO CALLED ALBION RELATED THREADS.

Moderation in these threads will not change.

The forum is simply a way of finding Albion related it threads.

Nothing has changed. It's just been made easier for those who are more intrested in the Albion than the person above you.

Let's start again, shall we?

If you want to check out the latest Albion related stuff on NSC, go to the Forum called "Albion related threads". You may even wish to bookmark this to make it easier to find.

Click on the thread that interests you. You will then be taken automatically to that thread, which is actually located in the Forum called "The Big Board".

You will be able to read that thread and post on it.

You will then be able to return to "Albion related threads" (possibly by using the shortcut you created when you bookmarked it earlier).

You can then read another thread about the Albion.

Should you wish, you can avoid ever having to see that the thread called "A thread full of naked looneys" has 987 posts on it and has been viewed 34,692 times.

It's your choice.

There is nothing that will be censored to allow this to happen. Just a lot of extra work for the mods and admin who will be playing around in the background, setting up the necessary links and shortcuts.

The advantaqe for everyone will be that somewhere on NSC there will be a list of the 30 most recent Albion related threads - all on one page - useful for those people who find the goings on at the club just slightly interesting.
