yeah, i reckon he must have. you wouldn't normally include a triallist in the team photo otherwise.

if he has, i'd rather it was a short-term deal cos i'm not sure about his fitness.

Seem to remember Wilson-Dennis got in the team photo despite never playing a 1st team game.

Just counted up the men in the blue and white stripes in the photos, and we have 28 players.......Does anyone else think that is too many?

Brighton with a squad that is too big. That's a first for a few years.

blimey does sound alot, aint seen the argus yet so could there be a few youth teamers in there too?

The only person I don't recognise is Darren Budd. Is he the bloke that bid for a place in the squad?

Other than that, the twenty-seven in the photo are regular squad members:

Back row: Adam Hinshelwood, Dan Harding, Guy Butters, Dean Blackwell, Maheta Molango, Albert Jarrett, David Lee, Adam Virgo, John Piercey, Darren Currie

Middle row: Leon Knight, Jake Robinson, Adam El-Abd, Chris McPhee, Michel Kuipers, Ben Roberts, Dean Hammond, Dan Beck, Paul Reid, Darren Budd

Front row: Simon Rodger, Kerry Mayo, Gary Hart, Danny Cullip, Charlie Oatway, Richard Carpenter, Paul Watson, Nathan Jones

that actually is a tasty size in a squad, seeing as most of us wanted it strengthening during the summer, we've only brought in 2 maybe 3 new players and its a decent size for Div1 I'd say. Maybe a couple of experienced pros on Loan could be handy IMO

Budd palyed in the friendly at Worthing and will probably play at Lewes tonight, won't be any where near the first team proper though.

Except two of the best in that photo, Rodger and Blackwell are nowhere near certainties to play again :(

yeah good point icy, I'm sure the only loans we'll get are gonna be youngish players from maybe Arsenal who want them to get 1st team experience. Still think a couple of old heads are needed, I mean if you take out blakwell/rodger we have a bloody young average age for a squad. Which is always a good thing but you need that balance of experience too

If it's anything like school photo time, I'm wondering how on earth Leon Knight avoided being on the front row.

He was in the front row but got booted into Row 2 by the Senior Pros :D :D :D
