I liked the theme tune.

Black Beauty was a very girlie programme. The theme tune was without doubt a very fine piece of music, but the show just did not have the panache of The Littlest Hobo.

Skippy was a fine programme, but alas each week the storylines were too similiar.

Boy goes into the bush, boy falls into abandoned well/mine shaft, boy cries for help, Skippy goes to ranger and makes wallaby sounds, ranger say's "what's that skip? little tommy jenkins is trapped down a well, no worries mate!" boy is rescued The end.

Kind of like Flipper exept on land.
