Not packed yet, but other than shorts/t-shirts it'll be:

Phone
Kindle
Earbuds
Ray-Bans
Various chargers / adapters
Paracetamol
Suncream
Aftersun

That should cover it. Anything else, I'll buy over there. What could go wrong ?

If you’re really ploughing through the Rennies I’d suggest getting a Lamaprizole prescription or buying equivalent from supermarket.

If you’re repeatedly getting reflux or indigestion, the stomach acids constantly washing over your oesophagus can raise your risk of cancer. They are harmful anywhere but your stomach.

You want to prevent it from happening rather than treating the symptoms. It’s really bad for you.

If you get regular reflux, do see your GP

I forgot to mention, as someone above has posted, eye-drops for my dry eyes! I think that's about it?

Having been a season-ticket holder since they introduced terrace season-tickets at the Goldstone, and only not had one for the first season at Gillingham, even though I went to all bar the first few matches there in that season, I don't qualify for an Albion Towel. However, my next-door neighbours, who are staunch West Ham fans, joined our membership scheme as they attend one match per season, and each of them duly received an Albion towel. I asked one of them if they used them. I can't print the reply as it's too upsetting! "I could put one to use.", I said. Lo and behold, a few minutes later, a knock on the door and I was presented with an unused Albion towel!!
I would take it on holiday, but there's no room in my bag due to all the other stuff I have to take!
