I Need Some Tunes Quick

I'm losing broadband in a few days for a month or two and need to get my mits on some new tunes quick sharp

I am a sample then buy type of guy - you flag up a track, if I like it I'll buy the CD

and I pretty much like anything bar bubblegum pop, nu metal and 'difficult' jazz

suggestions please

I am currently listening to the best of Maxine Brown, 60's soul in a stax/spector vein but better. Highly recommended if you remotely like that sort of thing
