Make cardboard copies of your favorites, then try each one on to see which ones suit best. If you need to wear glasses to do this simply stick your fake glasses to the frames of your old ones.

all depends on your prescription mate. mine were -1.75 in each. cost me £1560 (but that was with a 20% discount through a scheme at work).

Top of the range treatment Wavefront Ultralasikplus will normally set you back a couple of grand.

I wore contact lenses for 8 years prior to having the treatment and i promise you i wish i'd had it done years ago.

My eyesight is now better than 20:20

They reckoned i will probably need reading glasses in about 13-15 years. (i'm 32)

but then again most oldies need reading glasses.

Yes, but you've got so much liquid anesthetic in your eyes that you can't see much and you can't feel a thing.

I have read that people who have had laser treatment have problems driving at night due to 'starburts' from lights.

thats only if you go for the cheaper treatment. Wavefront treatment does exactly the opposite and gets rid of any halos.
