I know I'm a thickie, but help!

How the bloody hell do you get one of those nice pic's under your name? I've been into the cp but I'm baffled. Please bear in mind that too much pc lingo leaves me cold. For instance, what is URL?
Anyway, we are going to slaughter the R's tomorrow night!

1) Find an avatar on the web (it has to be the right size though).
2) Right click on your chosen avatar and click 'Properties'.
3) Highlight the 'Address: (URL)' and press the [Ctrl] and [C] keys on your keyboard (this copies the highlighted address).
4) Go to 'user cp' in NSC, and click on 'Edit Options'. The avatar options are at the bottom of the page.
5) Put your cursor into the field for the avatar address and press the [Ctrl] and [V] keys on your keyboard (this pastes the address you earlier copied), and click on 'Submit Modifications'.
