Young forward, who scored 19 times for the Scottish Division One champions but is keen to move south of the border.
Miller, 20, has now handed in a written transfer request to his current club, although Falkirk have not confirmed whether the request will be accepted.
Bairns chairman Campbell Christie told the club's official website: "Lee has indicated that he wishes to pursue his footballing career in England.
"We will have the opportunity during our trip in the Czech Republic to sit down and talk with Lee Miller regarding his request."

I first got wind of this about a month ago - dismissed it as summer madness, then last week... well stone me, a personal conversation with a 'source close to Dick Knight' confirmed it!
