i have a virus help required

i have avg and when i do a full system scan it finds
trojan horse Downloader.Dyfica.D
is found in
Crogram Files\internet optimizer\optomize.exe

avg recomends i move it to the virus vault but when i do
it will not allow me.
when i try to mannually delete it it says
cannot delete optimize:Access is denied


Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and the file is not currently in use.

Although i think it does not affect my computer performance.

i would be grateful for any help
