bloody hope your right...in a strange sorta way!

Also gonna ask the Doc about my Sole Arches problem on my right foot which plagued me last time I went snowboarding and it sometimes comes back when riding my bicycle, blimey me and Watto have something in common!

Get stronger boots Crabbers, I used to get that then I brought some Vans Freeride boots and the problem just went away !!!

Tedebear - You were absolutley RIGHT! (thank f*** for that!) Just a blood kinda bruise (Yorkie got it right with 'haemotoma') that has formed under the skin and will eventually go down!

Mr Popkins - LOL I really would'nt of been surprised if it was that :)

Redland - I have new boots for this season but the doc recommends I get some sole lifter thing as I have fairly flat feet and that will allow less strain on the arch so less pain.

The only reason I knew the name of it was because I've had one myself.

Takes about 3 weeks to go down and disappear.

I'm glad it wasn't anything worse :)

although thinking about it - it could be an impact bruise - they take ages to clear and can sometimes result in a buildup of blood which solidifies into a lumpy shape...

That accounts for Iain Dowie's looks then......

The inserts for your shoes are called Orthoheels - you can get them in boots for about £25. A mate of mine who's a podiatrist sorted me out with some and they make a huge difference!
