I would do but a load of us wanted to go and running that risk would just piss me off if we couldn't all get in. To be honest it's our own fault for not getting organised.

Literally all the tickets for the night we want to go on will definitely go as well.
Plus I don't like using touts, it would be extremely hypocritical.

not being funny, but its not actually against the law to re-sell tickets. There might be some legislation for football games but otherwise there's nowt the police can do about it. Its down to ticket operators who just want to shift the things as fast as possible, and i wouldnt be surprised if they block sell tickets to companies that they know re-sell at inflated prices.

Yes definately not against the law to sell tickets apart from football ones. Also, ebay wont withdraw an auction, the reason the the Play off ones were taken off was its illegal to resell them.
The obvious thing is, if you really want to go subscribe to the bands mailing list and get them on pre-sale before they go to the general public.
I think the ticket agents are far worse than the touts - they charge a 10% fee on EVERY ticket they sell, for something like the Stones at wembley they were making £15 a ticket times x thousand, its outrageous - with a tout at least you can shop around, the ticket agents are running a cartel.
