I am knackered

Just done a 2 hour cycle ride up and around Truleigh Hill and am seriously knackered.

My legs will pay for this tomorrow

Anybody else done some serious exercise today ?

Not exactly, but I ended up walking ALL OVER the house, getting more and more annoyed as it was nowhere to be seen, and with 60-odd channels to surf, thats just not on.

Where was it in the end ? The washing basket.
